Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience, credentials, and education)

Schedule:

Full-Time

Monday–Friday

40 hours per week

What You'll Do

Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P.® curriculum through hands-on learning experiences

Support children's academic, social, and emotional development

Build strong relationships with families and coworkers

Communicate children's daily experiences and milestones with parents

Foster a classroom where learning happens through play, exploration, and discovery

What We're Looking For

A genuine passion for early childhood education

At least 6 months of professional teaching experience required

1 year of teaching experience preferred

High School Diploma or GED required

DCF 45 hours preferred

Associate Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred

Ability to meet all applicable state licensing requirements

Background Screening Requirement

This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 Background Screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse as required by state law.
