Lead Teacher – YogaSix Pasadena

YogaSix Pasadena is looking for an experienced, passionate Lead Teacher to guide and mentor our teaching team while delivering inspiring classes to our community. This is a leadership role that blends teaching, mentoring, and upholding the YogaSix brand standards.

What You’ll Do:

Teach 5–7 classes per week across multiple YogaSix formats (Hot, Power, Sculpt, Restore, Slow Flow).

Mentor and support teachers through feedback, coaching, and practice teaching.

Audit classes and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistency and quality.

Review and sign off on all teacher auditions and new teacher onboarding.

Act as a liaison between studio management and the teaching team.

Support Teacher Trainings, Experience Classes, and Continuing Education workshops.

What We’re Looking For:

200-hour RYT required (500-hour RYT a plus).

2+ years of teaching experience, ideally across multiple class formats.

A leader and mentor with strong communication skills.

Passionate about yoga, community, and delivering a consistent 5-star member experience.

Reliable, organized, and committed to teaching a steady weekly schedule.
