Lead Teacher – MAG Childcare

Pay Range: $15.50–$17.00/hour (based on education and experience)

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Lead Teacher who brings energy, creativity, and a strong educational foundation in Early Childhood Education. The right candidate will have either completed or be pursuing an ECE degree and love creating a classroom full of fun and learning.

What You’ll Do

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities

Build strong, positive relationships with children and families

Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom

Support social-emotional growth through positive guidance

Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to maintain a joyful, high-quality program

What We’re Looking For

Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (required for $16–$17/hr range)

OR currently pursuing an Early Childhood Education degree ($15.50/hr range)

Experience working in a licensed childcare center

Reliable, patient, and passionate about early learning

Strong communication and teamwork skills
