· Salary range: $17-$22 per hour

Our teachers are responsible for coordinating the daily operations of assigned classes. Teachers will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for childcare in a safe environment and work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.

Qualifications

· Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

· Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred

· 3 years of previous experience preferred

· Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training

· Has knowledge of childcare programming, safety and emergency first-aid procedures, program management and customer service principles

· Develops relationships and communicate effectively with children, parents, and faculty members

· Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures

· Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Meets background check eligibility

The Goddard School located in Roseville MN is opening in early 2026 and has a capacity of 158 children. As part of a larger franchise system, in operation for over 30 years, we are the premier preschool for children from six weeks to six years old.
