Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment

Adapt learning experiences to meet the individual needs of each child

Foster positive relationships with children and families

Lead Teacher Qualifications:

Education-related degree (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or CDA preferred)

Minimum of one year of experience in a licensed childcare center

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Must meet State of Texas and National hiring standards

Employment contingent upon cleared DFPS, DPS, and FBI background checks
