As a Lead Technician, you’ll take the lead on restoration projects that truly change lives. From air duct cleaning & water/fire damage cleanup to mold remediation and crawlspace encapsulations, you’ll guide your team to deliver trust, quality, and integrity on every job.

What You’ll Do

✅ Lead and mentor field technicians on job sites ✅ Manage project setup, equipment, and safety protocols ✅ Perform mold remediation, water extraction, and air duct cleaning ✅ Communicate with project managers, supervisors, and homeowners ✅ Ensure projects are completed to high standards — clean, dry, and safe

What We’re Looking For

💪 Hands-on experience in restoration, construction, or trades 🧰 Ability to manage equipment and jobsite logistics 📋 Leadership and communication skills (team player & problem-solver) 🚚 Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
