We're a new veteran-owned pavement maintenance company serving Middle Tennessee and are looking for a dependable Lead Technician to join our field crew.

No pavement-maintenance experience required. We will train the right person on sealcoating, pavement striping, crack sealing, equipment operation and our field technology.

What we're looking for:

Military veterans strongly encouraged to apply

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Comfortable driving a truck while pulling a trailer

Mechanically inclined

Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather

Dependable and willing to work hard

Able to operate equipment safely

Comfortable leading a small field crew

Willing to learn new technology

Military experience that may translate well: motor transport, equipment operation, construction, engineering, logistics, maintenance, aviation maintenance, heavy equipment, combat arms or other hands-on technical specialties.

Pavement-maintenance experience is not required. We will train you.
