Position Overview
As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for managing restoration projects in the field from start to finish. You’ll lead technicians, communicate with customers, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration projects
Manage job sites, workflows, and daily production activities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on-site
Communicate effectively with homeowners, business clients, and insurance partners
Train, mentor, and support team technicians
Maintain accurate job documentation and reporting
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites, vehicles, and equipment
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or related field
IICRC certification (preferred, not required)
Proven leadership or crew supervision experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Requirements:
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
Clean background check
Drug-free workplace
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working in varying conditions (heat, cold, confined spaces)
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
