Our services include carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and odor removal. We also provide water and storm damage restoration and mold mitigation, which may be part of the role depending on business needs. We’re a fast-growing company focused on developing skilled team members through hands-on training and ongoing support.

Job Summary: We’re seeking a Lead Restoration and Cleaning Technician to perform professional carpet, floor, and upholstery cleaning while supporting restoration services when needed. This role offers comprehensive training and the opportunity to move into a leadership position after the initial training period. You’ll work both independently and with a team while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform professional carpet, floor, and upholstery cleaning services

Communicate clearly with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction

Set up, operate, and maintain cleaning and restoration equipment

Complete digital work orders and maintain accurate job documentation

Keep company vehicles organized, clean, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies

Support water damage mitigation and restoration projects as needed

Train and mentor junior technicians as you grow into a leadership role

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Prior experience in carpet cleaning, floor care, or restoration is preferred, but not required—training provided

Strong attention to detail and customer service

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Basic math and computer skills

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
