About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a Lead Toddler Teacher for children aged 12 to 18 months! This exciting opportunity allows you to nurture and inspire young minds in a loving and educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddlers' developmental needs.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.

Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and communicate with parents.

Guide and support assistant teachers in daily classroom activities.

Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment in compliance with safety standards.

Encourage positive behavior and conflict resolution among toddlers.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working s a lead teacher with toddlers in an educational setting.

CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.

Strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor are essential.

Background check clearance required prior to employment.
