About the Role:

Join Sunshine Montessori as a Lead Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning environment. We are dedicated to fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddler age groups.

Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Conduct regular assessments of children's development and progress.

Collaborate with parents to discuss children's growth and address concerns.

Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff.

Organize and lead age-appropriate activities that promote social and emotional skills.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.

Stay updated on early childhood education trends and best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months of experience working with toddlers/preschoolers in a classroom setting.

12 Units in Early Childhood Education (or at least nine and working on last class).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

Passion for child development and early childhood education.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred.

Creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
