    Lead Teacher – MAG Childcare and Learning Center Location: 21999 Farmington Rd, Farmington, MI 48336 Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Positions Available: 2

    About Us MAG Childcare and Learning Center is a nurturing, play-based early childhood program dedicated to fostering the social, emotional, and academic growth of young children in a safe and engaging environment. We are currently seeking passionate, qualified Lead Teachers to join our team and make a lasting impact on our young learners.

    Position Summary The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 2.5 to 4 years old. The teacher will lead a classroom with the support of one or two teaching aides and will ensure that all learning experiences align with best practices in early childhood education.

    Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement daily lesson plans that support early learning goals and align with developmental milestones. • Foster a warm, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. • Supervise and guide classroom aides to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction and care. • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administrators regarding children’s progress and needs. • Maintain compliance with all licensing, safety, and center policies. • Observe and document children’s developmental progress. • Create and maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

    Qualifications Required Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a closely related field. Applicants without the required education will not be considered. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or leading a classroom with children ages 2.5–4 years old.

    Compensation and Benefits • Hourly rate: $20.00/hour • Full-time position (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) • Supportive, family-oriented work environment • Professional development opportunities
