Lead Toddler Teacher – Farmington, MI

Pay: $18/hour | Schedule: Full-Time | Type: On-site

With small classrooms, a values-driven culture, and an emphasis on early communication skills, we ensure each child is supported during every stage of development.

Position Summary We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to design, implement, and oversee a toddler program that fosters learning, creativity, and care. This role requires leadership, patience, and a love for working with toddlers as they explore the world around them.

Essential Duties

Develop age-appropriate lesson plans and engaging activities.

Support children in daily routines (diapering, meals, naps, transitions).

Document developmental progress and share with parents.

Provide mentorship and guidance to assistant teachers.

Keep the classroom clean, safe, and inviting.

Build strong, trusting relationships with families.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in early childhood education (toddler focus preferred).

CDA or ECE coursework highly valued.

CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain).

Must pass background check, TB test, and health clearance.
