Lead Toddler Teacher – MAG Childcare & Learning Center
Location: Farmington, MI | Schedule: Full-Time | Pay: $18/hour

Role Overview We are seeking a passionate Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team and guide children ages 1–3 through a critical stage of early growth. You’ll plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities, nurture independence, and partner with families to support their child’s learning journey.
Responsibilities
Create lesson plans that build cognitive, social, and motor skills.
Lead daily classroom routines including meals, naps, and playtime.
Observe and document developmental milestones.
Foster positive behavior and social interaction.
Communicate regularly with parents about progress and needs.
Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Mentor assistant teachers and collaborate with other staff.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in early childhood education required.
Some college coursework in Early Childhood Education or Child Development preferred.
CDA or degree in ECE a plus.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Must pass background check, TB test, and physical exam.
