    What You’ll Do

    Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for toddlers

    Implement our fun, hands-on curriculum and daily activities

    Build strong relationships with children and families

    Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth

    Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance

    Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to create an exceptional school culture

    Communicate professionally and positively with families each day

    Help make every child’s day meaningful, exciting, and full of learning

    Qualifications

    Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications

    Experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting preferred

    Passion for early childhood education and child development

    Strong communication and teamwork skills

    Positive attitude and reliable attendance

    CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
