    About the Role:

    Join Precious Little One Child Care Center as a Lead Toddler Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are looking for passionate educators to lead our toddler classroom and create a positive, enriching experience for our little ones.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for toddlers.

    Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.

    Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

    Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and daily activities.

    Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience.

    Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning.

    Ensure compliance with state regulations and health standards.

    Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

    Requirements:

    Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; Bachelor's preferred.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a childcare setting.

    CPR and First Aid certification required.

    Strong communication skills and a nurturing demeanor.

    Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

    Passion for early childhood education and commitment to children's growth.

    Background check and clearances required.
