What You'll Do:
Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities
Promote the development of self-esteem, social skills, and a love of learning
Support play, exploration, and hands-on learning experiences
Communicate professionally with families and colleagues
Collaborate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
Meets MSDE/OCC Teacher requirements (90-hour certificate)
Bachelor’s degree in Education (preferred)
At least 1 year of classroom experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR, CDA, or other relevant certifications (preferred)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8-hour shifts
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $18/hour+ (commensurate with experience & qualifications)
