About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at Kids R Kids of Round Rock - Forest Creek as a Lead Two's Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture the minds of our youngest learners. This exciting opportunity allows you to create a fun and engaging learning environment for children aged 2 to 3 years old while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment for all children.
Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
Encourage positive behaviors and social interactions among students.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and daily activities.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred but not required.
Prior experience working with toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting.
Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Creative, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Background check clearance required.
