This is a wonderful opportunity for an educator who enjoys guiding toddlers as they build independence, confidence, language, and social skills in a structured, engaging classroom.
What You’ll Do
Create a warm, loving classroom where two-year-olds feel safe and supported
Plan fun, hands-on, developmentally appropriate activities that spark curiosity
Help children build independence, communication, and early learning habits
Share daily highlights and milestones with families
Work alongside a professional, team-oriented group of educators
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of classroom experience preferred (we’re happy to train the right candidate)
Completion of state-required pre-service training or willingness to complete
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient, positive, and calm presence in an active toddler classroom
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet background check requirements
