Early Preschool Lead Teacher The Learning Experience – Westfield, IN $16–$22/hr · $500 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Preschool Lead Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience in Westfield, IN. Pay & Schedule

Pay: $16–$22 per hour, based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid out after 6 months with the company

Paid Training: Your orientation and onboarding are fully paid from day one

As an Early Preschool Lead Teacher, You Will

Lead your own early preschool classroom, creating a welcoming and engaging environment where young children feel safe, seen, and excited to learn

Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, tailored to the unique developmental needs of each child

Use a growth mindset to nurture young minds and inspire a lifelong love of learning

Build meaningful relationships with families through regular communication via our mobile app and personal conversations

Partner with center staff and leadership to support enrollment, engagement, and center goals

Maintain a safe, nurturing environment that meets health, safety, and quality compliance standards

You're a Great Fit If You

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of young children

Have at least 6 months of professional teaching experience (required); 1 year or more is preferred

Hold an associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education, a related field, or a CDA credential (preferred but not required)

Meet any applicable Indiana state licensing requirements for the role

Are a natural communicator who builds trust easily with children and families alike
