    Job Summary

    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Water Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a Water Mitigation Technician at Paramount Restoration, you will play a crucial role in mitigating water damage, restoring properties, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing industry-leading equipment and techniques to effectively manage water-related emergencies.

    Responsibilities

    Communicate with customers, explain procedures, and communicate with claim adjusters when needed.

    Ability to lead, teach, and instruct Technicians

    Ability to coordinate and lead water mitigation projects, completing them in a timely manner while adhering to industry standards

    Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential hazards and safety concerns

    Document all project activities, including moisture readings, photos, and job progress.

    Maintain vehicle and equipment being used (daily maintenance and cleaning)

    Provide quality customer service, address customers' concerns, and ensure satisfaction

    Write estimates for projects and complete proper documentation and paperwork

    On Call: All technicians are required to be in an on-call rotation schedule for after hour emergency service calls. Technicians will receive a bonus for going out to calls.

    Qualifications

    Lead Water Mitigation Tech experience

    IICRC certifications preferred

    Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills

    Familiar with restoration management software (Encircle, Albi) preferred

    Ability to break large projects into small steps

    Valid Drivers License

    High school diploma/GED

    Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

    Ability to work safely with Chemicals

    Ability to move up and down a latter if needed to remove ceilings and enter attics

    Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)

    Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly and occasionally lift 100-150 lbs. with another team member.
