The position of a Lead Water Technician consists of many responsibilities such as:
Engaging with and educating homeowners
Completing daily documentation such as sketches, readings, photos, and notes of each job
Water extraction and setting up drying equipment
Determining what materials can be dried and what materials need to be removed
Responding to emergency service calls during the day as well as during set on-call days
Leading water restoration jobs while guiding water technicians
The ideal technician
Ability to lead by example and set the tone
Current ASD/WRT IICRC certification is required
2-3 years of disaster restoration experience
Excellent communication skills
Hardworking, reliable, organized
Ability to work extended/on-call hours
Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds
Valid IN Driver’s License
Clean DMV and ability to pass a background check

This is a position where you can earn what you want by the end of the year by working emergency jobs on evenings and weekends with the monthly bonus increasing with each job you lead. We provide onsite and in-class PAID training in Water Restoration and IICRC certifications. We recognize hard work and integrity of each employee are strongly promoted from within. We work with you on leadership training and peer coaching to ensure you have the best crew. The position is Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 5 pm with 8-10 days of consistent on-call.
