About the Role:

Join KW Outdoor Solutions LLC as a Lead Window Cleaning Technician and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch exterior cleaning services! We are looking for a motivated individual with a clean driving record who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring sparkling clean windows.

Responsibilities:

Provide window cleaning services, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installations.

Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Maintain an organized work environment and manage materials/equipment effectively.

Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns promptly.

Ensure that crew members follow safety protocols and company guidelines.

Arrive on time to all scheduled jobs and maintain an organized and professional appearance.

Drive company vehicle to and from job sites as needed.

Assist in seasonal projects, such as holiday light installations, during the fall through early winter.

Assist in training and mentoring new technicians as needed.

Maintain a clean driving record in accordance with company standards.
