Now Hiring: Full-time Lead Window Cleaning Technician in Miami and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Operations

Oversee daily team operations and supervise technicians on assigned jobs

Manage job flow, efficiency, safety, and quality control

Provide on-site training, coaching, and performance feedback

Report performance updates, challenges, and operational needs directly to the General Manager

Inventory & Equipment Management

Track, organize, and restock cleaning supplies, tools, and chemicals

Conduct routine equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed

Ensure company vehicles, ladders, machines, and PPE are clean, safe, and fully operational

Sales & Customer Experience

Actively upsell services, prepare on-site estimates, and process customer payments

Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction

Lead field-based business development efforts by conducting client visits, distributing marketing materials, and professionally presenting company services

Service Responsibilities

Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, house washing, and pressure washing

Service residential, commercial, and post-construction properties

Lead Holiday Lights design, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage

Requirements:

Previous window cleaning and pressure washing experience required

Leadership or crew lead experience is a must

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Ability to confidently represent the company to customers and prospective clients

Valid driver’s license is required

Ability to speak English fluently required

Advanced Spanish proficiency required

Physical/Mental Requirements:

Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders up to 40 ft, and working at heights.

Requires good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Must be safety-conscious and possess strong problem-solving skills.
