🚨 We’re Hiring: Department Lead (Osage Beach Store) Location: Osage Beach, MO Position Type: Full-Time

The Wood Shed in Osage Beach is on the hunt for a Department Lead — someone who can keep things running smoothly, support the team, and make sure our customers have a top-notch experience every time they walk through the door.

This is a great fit if you’ve got some retail or management experience and want a role that’s hands-on, people-focused, and never boring.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

Helping Run the Show: Support the Store Manager by keeping your department organized, well-stocked, and moving efficiently.

Leading the Team: Jump in to help train, guide, and motivate team members. You’ll be the go-to person when the manager’s tied up.

Taking Care of Customers: Make sure shoppers feel welcome, get the help they need, and leave happy.

Staying on Top of Inventory: Keep shelves full, products easy to find, and assist with ordering and receiving when needed.

Keeping Things Smooth: Pitch in wherever needed to keep the store clean, safe, and running like a well-oiled machine.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Some experience in retail or a leadership role (assistant manager, shift lead, etc.)

A team player who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves

Great communication skills and a friendly attitude

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Willing to work some weekends and pitch in during busy seasons
