Lead Young Preschool Teacher – Inspire Wonder, Lead with Purpose
At The Goddard School, we believe early childhood education should be filled with curiosity, connection, and joy. We are seeking an experienced, passionate Lead Preschool Teacher who is ready to take ownership of a classroom, lead with heart, and help shape a school culture where children—and teachers—thrive.
This is more than a teaching role. It is a leadership opportunity for an educator who loves building meaningful relationships, guiding young learners through discovery, and mentoring others along the way.
Our classrooms are guided by our proprietary Wonder of Learning™ curriculum, rooted in inquiry-based, play-driven experiences that spark imagination and support whole-child development.

Create a warm, structured environment where children feel safe, seen, and excited to learn
Mentor and support assistant teachers within your classroom team

You help shape a culture of curiosity, kindness, and excellence

Clear opportunity for future advancement into administrative and leadership roles
A supportive environment where teachers are respected, trusted, and developed
