  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Recruiter who can help us recruit talent across the Americas and help us build LeadIQ's brand as an employer of choice. As a member of the Talent & Culture team, your role will be far from being one-dimensional. As a Recruiter, you would be accountable for owning full-cycle recruiting, driving recruiting strategy, and helping build a team that reflects our culture and purpose.

    The Role

    • Own full-cycle recruiting across Business functions - Sales, Marketing, Operations & Corporate teams. Partner with senior leaders across LeadIQ to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals.

    • Help drive our recruiting process that scales as a remote-first company. Obsess about candidate and interview experience and drive employer branding efforts

    • Developing and implementing Talent strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

    • Use recruiting data to solve problems in all recruiting areas, define success, and translate metrics into usable insights for stakeholders.

    • Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with compensation, human resources, finance, and others to scale hiring across

    • Champion projects that benefit the wider talent team agenda

    The Person

    • At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house experience or sales recruiting experience preferred)

    • Passionate about meeting top talent, understanding what drives them, and matching them to the right opportunity.

    • Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from entry-level to senior management positions

    • Good technical knowledge in Sourcing, ATS, and hiring niche skills

    • Empathetic, vulnerable, and passionate about driving the right business outcomes

    • You love to get things done, and you’re innately driven to go above and beyond to produce great work

    • Strong networker coupled with good verbal and written communication skills

    • Based anywhere in the US / North America
