    As a Lead Preschool Teacher at the Primrose School of Lone Tree you’ll create a fun, safe environment with a daily schedule designed to develop children’s confidence and independence. Our Teachers guide early preschool and preschool aged children through small group instruction as they grow their ability to absorb new content and understand increasingly complex information.

    Benefits:

    Hourly compensation is $21.00-$24.00/hour

    $500 Signing Bonus after 90 days*

    Set Schedule Monday- Friday

    8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm

    Paid Time Off (PTO) 80 hours annually

    Paid Sick Leave up to 48 hours annually

    Paid week off for Winter Break (week of Christmas)

    Qualifications:

    Must meet credential requirements from Colorado Shines

    PDIS Level 2+, EQUIT, Pyramid Plus, ECE 101/303, AS/BS Degree in ECE, or equivalent

    1-3 years experience teaching in a licensed early education program, PreK, preschool, childcare, or day care care required

    Knowledge of the social, emotional, and creative needs of young children

    Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

    Responsibilities:

    Is responsible for the overall supervision and daily class functions of a group of children.

    Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis.

    Implements the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule in accordance with the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum

    Maintains an attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.

    Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Lone Tree, and the local, state, or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
