    Job Summary:

    The Leader in Training (LIT) program at Allstar Pizza & More is a structured development path designed to build future leaders from within. This role is built for individuals who bring strong work ethic, urgency, and the confidence to step up and lead.

    You do not need years of experience, but you must be a strong communicator and confident in leading others. As an LIT, you will be trained across all areas of the business while developing the skills, mindset, and accountability required to lead a team and execute at a high level.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support daily operations across Front and Back of House

    Lead by example through performance, urgency, and attitude

    Communicate clearly and confidently with team members and leadership

    Assist with shift execution and maintain operational standards

    Support, coach, and guide team members during shifts

    Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards

    Identify problems and take initiative to solve them

    Development Focus:

    This is a hands-on leadership development program where you will be trained on:

    Shift leadership fundamentals

    Coaching and team accountability

    Effective communication and confident leadership presence

    Operational execution and flow

    Guest experience standards

    Time management and urgency

    Problem-solving and decision-making

    Growth Path:

    Leader in Training → Trainer → Shift Captain → Associate Director

    Advancement is based on performance, consistency, leadership ability, and completion of key milestones at each level.

    Compensation:

    Pay is based on experience and starting level. As you progress through the program and hit defined milestones, compensation will increase accordingly.

    The Leader in Training (LIT) role is a developmental leadership position designed to prepare team members for future leadership opportunities.

    LITs start at $8.00 per hour. Compensation increases are tied to the successful completion of leadership milestones, training objectives, and demonstrated performance.

    Raises are not based solely on time in the role. They are earned through growth, accountability, leadership execution, and mastery of assigned responsibilities.

    Each completed milestone unlocks the opportunity for a pay increase as the LIT progresses toward Trainer, Shift Captain, and future leadership positions.

    Advancement within the program is based on performance, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to positively influence the team.

    The purpose of the LIT program is simple: develop future leaders while rewarding measurable growth and increased responsibility
