    Job Description

    Our Sales and Customer Service team is in a rapid expansion phase as a result of our client portfolio increasing this year. The Sales and Customer Service Professional is the direct point of contact for our customers and potential new leads. Each Sale and Customer Service Professional will be assigned a designated territory to ensure each customer within the territory is enlightened with information and promotional offerings directly related to their needs and ensure all questions are answered sufficiently. Our Sales and Customer Service Professional works within a team and shares the same goals and standards on a day-to-day basis. Each Sales and Customer Service Professional has the opportunity to move up from their role into a more management-focused career opportunity if all requirements are met throughout the training.

     

    SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Approach each territory assigned with the willingness to engage current customers and potential new leads

    • Study various territories and demographics to assure the promotional product offerings are fitting for potential new customers

    • Provide your team with support and motivation to help accomplish personal, team, and company goals

    • Attend meetings regularly as well as national conferences and company business trips

    • Check-in at the end of each day with a complete sales support tracker to your assigned Customer Service Manager

     

    CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Customer Service and/or management experience with proven sales abilities

    • Associates and/or Bachelors degree within a relative field is preferred but not required

    • Desire to provide the best possible customer experience to our clients and customers

    • Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different personality types and situations as they arise with empathy and control

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
