With a competitive hourly rate of $22 - $35, you will have the opportunity to impact the lives of youth, fostering growth, resilience, and success in a dynamic and supportive environment. We have positions available for in-school and after-school part-time instructors from $22-$35 per hour. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students in accordance with educational standards • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students, ensuring their well-being and success • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience for students • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in a related field • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency in GSuite and ability to learn new systems quickly • Flexibility in schedule, including weekends and evenings • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle Compensation: $22 - $35 hourly
