WESTWAY PROMOTIONS is an expanding firm seeking a motivated Program Marketing Manager to work hands-on developing and strengthening sales and business development for our growing clients by using cost-effective strategies. Our goal is to set the standard in the sales and marketing industry by developing strong strategies for our clients for a fraction of the cost. Specializing in business mentorship, we are offering the Program Marketing Manager to cross-train individuals into management. WESTWAY PROMOTIONS takes pride in its ability to find, develop, and support top employees for management who act with integrity and have a winning mindset willing to advance by their own merits.

The Marketing Manager is an integral member of the program marketing team. This position will create and manage direct marketing plans to achieve contractual traffic goals for sales and promotional marketing programs. The role encompasses the tracking, analysis, reporting, and optimization of complex marketing campaigns. For the successful candidate, this position offers a great opportunity and exposure to marketing analysis and related communications while working in an exciting and highly motivated environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct Customer Service with new and current customers

• Consumer and Field Marketing

• Marketing and Promotions for our Clients

• Develop and train new team members

• Attend daily and weekly impact meetings

• Identifying and delivering customer needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum one year of experience in marketing, customer service, or sales

• Strong communication skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and contagious personality

• Ability to think on your feet and actively problem solve

• Willing to travel
