POSITION SUMMARY
The Leadership Gifts Officer (LGO) is a frontline fundraising role focused on cultivating, securing, and stewarding leadership-level annual fund gifts. The LGO will manage a portfolio sufficient in number and capacity to fulfill the Foundation’s fundraising goals. Annual fund dollars enable the Foundation to support educational programs, initiatives, resources and other mission-driven projects.
To this end, the LGO will contribute to the Foundation’s overarching fundraising efforts, including annual campaigns and capital fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will work in concert with the Assistant Director of Advancement, the broader Foundation team and has vital relationships with every staff member across the Delt enterprise.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, creative, and performance-driven individual with a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related work experience. An ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualities and attributes:

While performing the responsibilities of the Leadership Gifts Officer, the employee is required to talk and listen. The employee is often required to sit and use hands and fingers to handle or feel. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
