We are seeking a motivated, organized, and confident leader to join our growing property management and home improvement companies. This role will oversee daily office operations, lead our internal teams, create accountability, and help build scalable systems to support rapid company growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and team performance
Oversee call center and lead handling systems
Set KPIs and track employee accountability
Train team members and optimize workflows
Coordinate between property management & handyman departments
Monitor systems and internal reports
Ideal Candidate:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated
Experience managing teams or complex operations
Comfortable creating systems and enforcing accountability
Tech-savvy (CRMs, spreadsheets, reporting tools)
Real estate, construction, or property management experience is a plus
