The Noel Collective is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Assistant to the Leadership Team to provide direct support to the COO across both our Luxury Division and our Sports & Entertainment Division. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of the back end of our business, allowing our leadership to focus on driving growth and delivering exceptional client experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates impeccable attention to detail, and brings a proactive, forward-thinking approach to every task. Responsibilities will range from managing operational workflows and supporting high-level initiatives to resolving client issues—both large and small—with professionalism and discretion. A flexible schedule and the ability to pivot quickly are essential, as this role requires balancing multiple priorities and anticipating the needs of a dynamic leadership team. Compensation: $45,000+ yearly (Flexible) Responsibilities: • Other assistant duties as assigned from executives such as pick up orders, and other personal assistant tasks • Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive • Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings • Take care of office management duties such as ordering filing systems and keeping track of office equipment and supplies • Screen incoming information from messages, phone calls, voicemails, memos, and emails, compile information, and report to an executive • Help prepare meetings and take detailed minutes • Organize and Execute Team Events • Manage Business Phone + Email on Off Hours • Anything Needed in Order to Support the CEO + COO Continue to Grow the Business Qualifications: • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Experience using Microsoft Office • College Degree • Prior Assistant Experience is a plus Compensation: $45,000+ yearly
