Program Overview

The Leadership in Training (LIT) Development Program is designed for high-potential team members who are ready to grow into leadership roles within Allstar Pizza & More.

This structured program develops future Shift Captains, Trainers, and Operational Leaders through hands-on training, mentorship, and real-time leadership experience. We build leaders who operate with Heart, Hustle, and Hospitality and who take ownership of results.

What You’ll Learn

Participants will receive structured development in:

Operational excellence (food quality, speed, and consistency)

Inventory awareness and cost control

Guest experience leadership

Team accountability and performance coaching

Shift execution and urgency standards

Conflict resolution and problem-solving

Ownership mindset and decision-making

Brand standards and culture development

Responsibilities During Training

Lead by example in daily operations

Assist in running shifts alongside current leadership

Hold peers accountable to standards

Support training of new team members

Demonstrate urgency and ownership in problem-solving

Complete assigned leadership development checkpoints

Participate in feedback sessions and performance evaluations

Ideal Candidate

Demonstrates natural leadership and accountability

Has a strong work ethic and sense of urgency

Shows initiative without being asked

Thrives in fast-paced environments

Open to coaching and committed to growth

Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
