    We are looking for a Financial Planning Associate to join our growing team.

    Job Requirements:

    • A Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related professional experience in Sales, Education, Military, Finance, Legal or Accounting or other related business
    • Excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity with Tamarac Advisor View, Dynamics CRM, MoneyGuidePro, or experience with similar systems is a BIG PLUS
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Good technical skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Desire to move up within the position quickly, which will include Series 65 license and CFP.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Administer client account paperwork and transfers
    • Participate in projects (ad hoc and long term) and own to completion
    • Interface with client third party administrators, attorneys, accountants, and custodians
    • Analyze client situations and propose possible solutions in the wealth management planning process
    • Provide support to relationship manager(s) and wealth manager(s)
    • Operate financial planning and client management software
    • Work with our amazing team to assist in resolving client issues

    Salary and benefits:

    The salary range for this position will be $40,000-$50,000 based on experience and currently held licenses. We offer benefits of health insurance, 401K, profit share, and bonus.

    Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments. A background and credit check will be required.
