We are looking for an Associate Financial Planner aka Associate Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
Job Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Administer client account paperwork and transfers
Gather, organize, and synthesize client data within a financial planning context
Interface with client third party administrators, attorneys, accountants, and custodians
Respond to client requests via phone and email promptly
Analyze client situations and propose possible solutions in the wealth management planning process
Provide support to relationship manager(s) and wealth manager(s)
Operate financial planning and client management software
Work with our amazing team to assist in resolving client issues
NO business development requirement
This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth. Everyone who has succeeded in this position has moved forward to a more client-facing position with significant personal growth and income potential. If you're a self-motivated, goal-oriented person, we encourage you to apply. We focus on staying in the top 25% of total compensation in the industry and this position is intended to lead to the Relationship Manager position in six months.
Salary and benefits:
The base salary range for this position will be $50,000-$60,000 based on experience and currently held licenses. We offer benefits of health insurance (firm pays 80% for employee), 401K, profit share, short term disability, and bonus. Bonus is based on meeting internal goals and a client support override of 90 basis points of client revenue.
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments. A background and credit check will be required.
