JOB SUMMARY
Efficient Wealth Management is seeking a full time Executive Assistant to support the firm with a variety of responsibilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage mail, shipping, conference rooms, catering
- Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Answer incoming calls in the office, take messages and/or routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Some personal assistant activities when requested
- Assisting with marketing related activities in a support capacity

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions

- Strong project management skills
- Team player
- Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company environment
THE PROCESS:
Qualified candidates will be invited to schedule a 15 to 30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position), then an in-person interview. If there is mutual ground on which to move forward, candidates will be asked to take assessments along the way. Successful candidates must pass a background and credit check.
