    Marketing Coordinator

    Paragon Wealth Strategies, an established, fast-growing, fee-only independent financial advisory firm located in Jacksonville, FL currently has an excellent career opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our amazing team. You will provide marketing as well as business development support to our firm. We are a firm focused on teamwork and are looking for our next great staff member.

    As our Marketing Coordinator, you will manage the execution of the marketing strategy for the organization as well as provide support for the overall business development process. More specifically, as our Marketing Coordinator, here are the responsibilities we will trust you with:

    • Effectively manage firm members' official social media profiles in Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter
    • Run Facebook ad campaigns, manipulate Facebook custom audiences, create custom audiences for targeted campaigns
    • Manage lead capture infrastructure from social media, digital, and other campaigns into our mass emailing engine (Constant Contact) as well as our CRM (Redtail)
    • Assist with the taping, production, editing, publishing, and monitoring of video assets such as webinars and video emails. This involves camera work and using online webinar applications such as www.easywebinar.com.
    • With the CIO, write compliant, simple ad copy driving traffic to our websites, landing pages, lead capture, etc. The candidate is not expected to create or write on financial topics but will be required to post copy provided.
    • Creatively design video ads using canned content (Promo) and written visual ads or posts using Adobe illustrator, Powerpoint, or other software for use in Social media campaigns, email contact, etc.
    • Monitor and make changes to the Paragon websites, including WealthGuards.com and RetirementCourseJax.com
    • · Post blogs provided by the CIO or acquired from other sources licensed for Paragon use.
    • Brand written e-books or research materials with the Paragon brand into visually
    • Function as the “Director of First Impressions” for potential clients and new clients during the sales and onboarding process. This means managing the office's appearance, overseeing/ordering signage, business cards, branded stationery, ensuring functionality of conference rooms, etc.

    Qualifications:

    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in video creation and editing
    • Broad understanding of digital marketing strategies and execution
    • Ability to work fluidly and comfortably with a tight-knit team
    • Ability to juggle long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic working environment
    • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing and communication, preferably in a similar professional office setting

    The Perks

    Salary for this position will be based on experience, with a range of $55,000 to $60,000 based on experience. Benefits include 401(k) with up to 10% match opportunity, bonus incentive plan, long-term disability insurance, and cost-sharing for health care (we do not have a group plan).

    Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take a Caliper assessment. A background and credit check and drug screening will be required.
