  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Define and map the overall functional and business process architecture across all Workday modules such as HCM, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Absence, and Reporting, ensuring the efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution
    • Suggest and improve business processes
    • Prepare Training Material, SOPs, etc for Workday at L3 to L5 levels.
    • Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing on workday tenants & configuration
    • Review Workday releases for new functionality and optimize existing processes and integrations accordingly
    • Develop and maintain awareness of the payroll industry to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
    • Provide day-to-day thought leadership and mentoring of the HRIS Functional Analysts, and train and mentor testers and program managers
    • Partner with IT to address system, interface, data, and vendor issues
    • Mentor team by providing guidance allowing them to learn new skills and functional areas
    • Impart training to users

    QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK IN YOU!

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    · B.Tech, MBA, etc. with relevant knowledge and experience in Workday and HRIS modules

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 12+ years of experience in the development and implementation of software or information technology systems
    • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Enterprise Architect
    • Experience with implementation, support, and integration of Workday HCM
    • Migrating systems from on-premise to Workday HCM
    • Experience with Payroll systems architecture, design, and implementation
    • Designing integrations for third-party systems using different integrator tools
    • Understanding technical aspects, including reading/writing code and being able to help the development team in analysis and debugging when needed
    • Demonstrated capabilities to understand the application landscape, various touchpoints, and impact analysis
    • Professional, precise communication skills
    • Ability to deliver under strict timelines
    • Good communication and customer-facing skills

    Tried capability in designing solutions and providing process consulting.
