Job Description
Large Southern California based, full-service residential real estate brokerage is seeking an experienced Real Estate Branch Sales Manager with extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and a strong desire to help associates achieve their goals.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Real Estate Manager with a proven record in the following areas:
- Recruiting experienced agents
- Recruiting new agents into the business
- Results orientated training of all agents
- Retention of all agents
- Coaching and motivating a diverse agent base from new to very experienced
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Accountability for sales and profitability of the office
- Review and approve agent's listing, sales, opening and closing files
- Evaluate current practices and programs for improvement/efficiencies
- Organize business meetings
CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:
- State of California Brokers License in good standing or a licensed sales person working towards that goal.
- 2-4 years’ experience in a management role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Recruiting experience of new and experienced agents
- Professional communication skills
- Self-Starter with excellent time management skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong working knowledge of Real Estate contracts
