Job Description

 Large Southern California based, full-service residential real estate brokerage is seeking an experienced Real Estate Branch Sales Manager with extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and a strong desire to help associates achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished Real Estate Manager with a proven record in the following areas:

• Recruiting experienced agents
• Recruiting new agents into the business
• Results orientated training of all agents
• Retention of all agents
• Coaching and motivating a diverse agent base from new to very experienced

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Accountability for sales and profitability of the office
• Review and approve agent's listing, sales, opening and closing files
• Evaluate current practices and programs for improvement/efficiencies
• Organize business meetings

CANDIDATE SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• State of California Brokers License in good standing or a licensed sales person working towards that goal.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a management role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Recruiting experience of new and experienced agents
• Professional communication skills
• Self-Starter with excellent time management skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong working knowledge of Real Estate contracts
