Description:

Works in a team environment in a controlled setting cutting kits using an automated cutting machine, under the direction of a Lead or Supervisor. Helps maintain control records, data screens, and exposure of materials.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learns and cuts kits daily for value streams.
• Learns and digitizes and creates patterns.
• Learns and tracks, organizes control records, data screens, and exposure hours and expiration dates of materials.
• Learns and makes, prints and copies control records and data screens.
• Learns and operates and maintains Kit Cut Machine in a cleanly manner.
• Learns and verifies kit accuracy.
• Observes safety procedures.
• Has Regular attendance and arrives on time daily
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Ability to use a computer.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to work both as a team player and individually.
• Ability to work safely in a production environment.

Conditions of Employment:

• Employee will need to pass a physical and drug screen.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required by supervision.
• Continuous standing.
• Occasionally exposed to chemicals. MEK and / or Alcohol less than 10% of time.
• Occasionally lift up to 40lbs. Objects weighing over 40lbs employee must seek assistance.
• Dress to appropriate safety standards, including: safety glasses, gloves, lab coats and hair nets.
