Our manufacturing floater will be cross-trained in multiple areas to assist in production flow.  These areas may include the following duties and responsibilities: 

• Perform functions related to preparing molds for Lay-up.
• Remove required materials or apparatuses from the composite part and tool.
• Plaster breakout of parts prepared on plaster mandrel.
• Clean parts and tools after material and plaster removal.
• Visual inspection of both parts and tools for damage or quality issue.
• Apply mold cleaners, sealers, and release agents to tools after each use. 
• Complete appropriate documentation for material traceability.
• Read and understand work order instructions.
• Receive and follow direction from leads and or supervisors.
• Promote a positive team environment.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision.
• Offer ideas for improvement to job or process.
• Perform duties in a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned.
