Job Description

Our client, a flooring company, is seeking a customer service representatives to:

• Have experience utilizing multiple screens
• Take in bound calls of at least 90 - 140 in a full working day. very fast paced
• Outbound calls/texting to customers reminding them of their appointment or asking if they need to reschedule if they missed one
• Outbound calls/texts if customers have recalls they need to get scheduled
• Transferring and directing customers to parts, sales, finance and body shop departments
• In a small call center environment
