Job Description

The primary role of the Accounts Payable Clerk is to provide support to the accounts payable department of a fast paced highly regarded nationwide real estate development, construction and property management company specializing the multi-family developments. 

Responsibilities:

•Responsible for acquiring invoices into Timberscan and PayScan which begins the invoice routing and approval process of the company’s accounting software’s used  •Timely processing and payment of all employee expense reports  •Timely processing and payment of all corporate credit cards  •Prepare intercompany billings  •Assist in reconciling vendor statements

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of recent work experience 
• Familiar with Yardi software
