DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:

Entry level role that is accountable for learning how to review and process new applications for life insurance and annuities, ensuring applications meet technical, legal, and underwriting guidelines.

TASKS:

• Review all applications and related forms for completeness and accuracy
• Follow-up with agents regarding outstanding requirements via email and phone
• Issue, assemble and mail life/annuity certificates
• Purge files for imaging
• Underwrite JFK applications
• Answer agent inquiries of pending cases vial email and phone

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma
• One year related experience
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
• 2 years within the insurance/financial industry

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday thru Thursday 8am-5pm and Fridays 8am-3pm
