As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, your main responsibilities will involve helping clients with their home-buying and selling needs. This includes researching available properties, understanding clients' requirements and budgets, creating marketing materials and listing agreements, and skillfully negotiating deals to ensure the best outcome for clients. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire process is crucial to your success in this role. We are seeking a professional who possesses a deep knowledge and understanding of the real estate market in North Carolina. Successful candidates will have strong negotiation skills, a comprehensive understanding of industry regulations, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. Your ability to provide superior customer service throughout the entire process will be essential in ensuring the satisfaction of every client. Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way. • Conduct thorough market research to identify properties that align with clients' needs and budgets. • Craft compelling marketing materials and listing agreements to effectively showcase properties. • Negotiate skillfully on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms and conditions. • Maintain a deep understanding of the Greensboro-High Point real estate market to provide expert advice. • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards to protect clients' interests. • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Qualifications: • Must have SC Real Estate License (NC Real Estate License a plus!) • Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on buyer representation. • Ability to conduct comprehensive market research to identify suitable properties. • Proven track record of successful negotiation, securing favorable terms for clients. • Strong understanding of the Greensboro-High Point real estate market. • Ability to create engaging marketing materials and listing agreements. • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards. • Exceptional communication skills to build and maintain client relationships. Compensation: $55,000 - $150,000 yearly
