    We are looking for an experienced Leads Manager – Real Estate Disposition to qualify cash buyers for our properties. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential cash buyers, verifying their financial ability to purchase, and ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications. This position is remote in Argentina. Responsibilities: • Make cold calls to potential cash buyers. • Qualify buyers by confirming proof of funds and financial capability. • Maintain and update buyer information in our system. • Communicate effectively with buyers to gather necessary details. • Schedule follow-ups and property showings for qualified buyers. Qualifications: • Previous experience in real estate, cold calling, or a similar sales role. • Ability to qualify cash buyers and understand real estate financials. • Strong communication skills and professionalism. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. • Full-time availability during US EST working hours. Compensation: $4 - $6 hourly + $150 per successful lead
