We have leads and plenty of them. New and experienced agents can begin working with multiple clients a month with the leads we provide. We power agents' success! We have the training and coaching that you need to get your real estate sales career started quickly or to take it to the next level. Our Custom "Agent Success Academy" Training Program is designed to get you into production quickly. We use the very best Technology available in the real estate industry. Have an Ohio Real Estate sales license or be actively working to acquire one. Adding a cover page will increase your chances of consideration Responsibilities: • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process. • Prospect for new leads to promote new business. • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes. • A consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline. • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales. Qualifications: • Be a team player! • Have a positive mindset! • Have a growth mindset. • Outstanding customer service skills are a must. • Must be tech-savvy. • Have a track record of success in a previous job or role. • Have an Ohio Real Estate sales license or be actively working to acquire one.Adding a cover page will increase your chances of consideration. Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
