    The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for their account executive partners. This role manages the outbound sales efforts for our verticals by identifying and qualifying businesses and key decision makers to successfully position the Leaf value proposition. The SDR role will be remote and will contribute to building Leaf’s presence in the Agtech market.


    **Duties & Responsibilities: **

    • High-Velocity Outbound Sales:Execute dynamic outbound sales strategy for monthly meeting and new opportunity targets.
    • Develop and implement outbound strategies using tools like Outreach.io, SalesNav, etc.
    • Inbound Lead Management: Qualify and book demos for inbound leads, ensuring a seamless experience.
    • Communication and Outreach: Utilize excellent communication skills across phone, social media, and email. Leverage outbound, cold-calling experience for effective prospect engagement.
    • Time Management and Autonomy: Demonstrate strong time management skills, meeting deadlines and targets.
    • Work independently and collaboratively in team environments.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or equivalent experience.
    • Proven SDR or Sales experience, or a keen interest in entering a career in Sales.
    • Experience in phone sales, with a track record of success.
    • Excellent communication skills in various channels – phone, social media, and email.
    • Strong outbound and cold-calling experience.
    • Proficiency in using tools like Outreach.io, SalesNav, and Salesforce.com.
    • Preferred: Experience working in startups, familiarity with the Google suite, background in Agriculture.
